Building Industry Packaged Service - Category 2
In Category 1, NMM offers a packaged service usually provided by on-site Estimators and Contract Administrators.
NMM offers:
- Estimation base on first principles (basic and premium)
- Opportunity search, risk & suitability assessment and support for 'bid ' no bid' decisions
- Bid preparation including supporting quotes from trades
- Contract formation and execution
- Project scheduling and engagement of trades
- HSEQ documentation
- Monitoring works progress, invoicing
- Variation identification, costing and negotiations
NMM's packaged service will be delivered partly on-site and partly in remote modes.
Timing, task delivery and performance indicators will be regularly reported.
NMM uses Planswift (TM) Software linked to Corelogic's (Cordell) live data estimating platform.
